Prices shown are GST-exclusive. 10% GST is added at checkout for Australian customers. Performance Solutions Australia (ABN 51 676 127 272) issues compliant tax invoices.
If you subscribe during the launch window, your launch rate is locked in for the life of your continuously active subscription — even if you upgrade tiers later. If you cancel and rejoin, you re-enter at standard rates.
Annual subscriptions: pro-rata refund within the first 30 days. Monthly subscriptions: no refund for the current month, but cancel-anytime stops the next month. See Terms for full detail.
When Performance Solution items are identified, the project is automatically forwarded to Performance Solutions Australia for a quote. PSA contacts you typically within 2 business days. PSA prepares any formal Performance Solution reports under a separate engagement, and you're free to engage any qualified Performance Solution practitioner.
