What We Find
Every issue we surface lands in one of four buckets. The category tells you who needs to act, and what they need to do.
A design choice departs from a Deemed-to-Satisfy threshold but compliance is achievable through a Performance Solution prepared by a qualified practitioner.
A National Construction Code requirement is breached and no Performance Solution pathway exists. The design must be physically rectified.
Compliance can't be confirmed from the plans alone. A specific document — NatHERS, Section J, BASIX, AS standard reference — is missing.
A drawing omission or notation error the designer should correct. The compliance condition is probably fine — the plans just don't show it clearly.
